Reconstruction of Hirkan-Dashtatuk-Bilasar highway. Lankaran (Azerbaijan) I have gained experience in managing field workers, giving them daily work assignments. I have gained experience in giving tasks to techniques in a smooth and efficient way in order to increase the productivity of them. I have gained experience in eliminating the event with the least loss and minimal loss of time when extraordinary circumstances occur. I have learned how to use the various methods used in road construction.

I stayed in common hostels designed for employees, and here I gained experience in establishing relationships with workers during and after work. I participated in field geodetic studies. I've learned to work freely with Level and Total Station equipment.

I developed the habit of working with the collective and gained work experience in the field. I learned the practical application of various quality and strength tests for road construction. I've gained knowledge about analysis of results and results from these applications.
